I am a new patient. I read the reviews & they are very different that what I found. The office staff was very nice when I booked my appointment. I saw Dr. McGrath who was VERY thorough. I had a hearing test where he explained my results with graphs so I could understand. He offered suggestions to assist me with my ear pain.
